RnDegrees.net was founded in 2009 in order to provide education resources and career information that address the expanding educational needs of the nursing profession. The primary focus of the site is to allow working nurses the ability to pursue advanced nursing and related health career studies at home with minimal interruption of work or family responsibilities.

In an effort to ensure our site's users will receive a degree that has value, colleges and universities featured by RnDegrees.net are carefully screened to ensure their programs are accredited by accrediting bodies recognized by the Department of Education. Additionally, all schools of nursing featured on the site must be accredited by at least one of the national organizations that accredit nursing education programs, The National League of Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), and/or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
