		<description>I&#039;ve always thought that nursing was such an undervalued profession and the fact that an increasing number of them are quitting the profession to go into other caring related roles is certainly a sign of this, I think. They do have to put up with a lot whether it&#039;s risk of attack or injury from violent patients or the stress from being overworked... It&#039;s not a job that I would be able to do and therefore those who stay within mainstream nursing deserve a lot of credit and to be paid more highly than they are.</description>
